Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

After 14 days from the delivery date, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items returned outside of the 14-day return window.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
